We are committed to ongoing training to further our balloon décor knowledge and to ensure we can provide our customers with the most up to date designs.
Balloon Designs are a local business offering quality designs and exceptional service.
Vicki Dever is a CBA (Certified Balloon Artist) having completed the necessary training and exams required to achieve this qualification.

Members of PEBA do not support, or condone, nor will they facilitate the deliberate release of balloons.
